v0.3 Release
Destroy All Goblins » Devlog
I just pushed out the v0.3 build of Destroy All Goblins! It includes two major new things: an invincibility star power-up that has a 50% chance of spawning every 10 goblins you kill and two new weapons: the shotgun and the zooka.
Here’s the full list of changes:
- initial invincibility power-up; uses star sprite; now collect gems instead
- super goblin with more health and speed
- enemies maintain x velocity when falling
- new weapon: shotgun
- new weapon zooka
- sprites for kind of bullet each
- toggle framerate toggle with 1 num key
- refined hitboxes
- enemy run animation fixes
- optimize input checking
The next release will be in two weeks, as I’m taking a week off of the game to work on a small jam project. Aiming to add a Goblin King enemy and really improve the performance of the game in the next release.
